Business writing and email
Emails, reports and documents that clients and colleagues read without confusion. Participants work on their own real texts, so the gains show up in daily work.
Meetings and calls
Holding your own in international meetings and calls: giving opinions, disagreeing politely and keeping discussions on track. Practice uses the situations your team faces.
Presentations
Presenting clearly to an English-speaking audience, from structure and signposting to handling questions. Participants rehearse with their own material.
Negotiation
The language of proposals, concessions and agreement. Role-plays are built from the negotiations your staff actually run.
Sector and technical English
The vocabulary and text types a specific department needs, such as IT, finance or healthcare. Content comes from the needs analysis, not a fixed syllabus.

How a programme comes together
No off-the-shelf syllabus. Every programme starts by finding out what your people are actually being asked to do in English, and where it is currently going wrong.
1. Needs analysis
A conversation with you, a placement check for the participants, and a look at the English they handle day to day — the emails, calls, reports and meetings that actually cross their desks.
2. Programme design
A written proposal: objectives, session count and length, delivery format, and how progress will be measured. You see exactly what you are signing off before anything starts.
3. Delivery
On site at your offices in Berlin or online, whichever suits the team. Group sessions for shared needs, one-to-one for key staff whose requirements are specific.
4. Review
Progress reported against the objectives set at the start, so the training budget has something to point at — not just attendance figures.
