Business English training for your team
Programmes designed around what your people actually have to do in English — not a generic course book. Delivered across Germany, on site or online, for groups or for individual key staff.

How a programme comes together
No off-the-shelf syllabus. Every programme starts by finding out what your people are actually being asked to do in English, and where it is currently going wrong.
1. Needs analysis
A conversation with you, a placement check for the participants, and a look at the English they handle day to day — the emails, calls, reports and meetings that actually cross their desks.
2. Programme design
A written proposal: objectives, session count and length, delivery format, and how progress will be measured. You see exactly what you are signing off before anything starts.
3. Delivery
On site at your offices or online, whichever suits the team. Group sessions for shared needs, one-to-one for key staff whose requirements are specific.
4. Review
Progress reported against the objectives set at the start, so the training budget has something to point at — not just attendance figures.
Formats
- On site — at your offices, anywhere in Germany
- Online — for distributed teams or where travel time is the constraint
- Group courses — teams with a shared requirement, grouped by level
- One-to-one — for individual staff with specific or senior-level needs
Common briefs: writing that clients read without confusion, holding your own in international meetings, presenting to an English-speaking audience, and the technical or sector English a specific department needs.

See the material before you commit
The exercises below are free and open — no sign-up. They are the same style of material a programme is built from, so you can judge the quality before we speak.
Discuss your team’s needs
Tell me roughly what you are trying to solve and I’ll come back with what a programme would look like — format, length and cost. No obligation, and no charge for the initial conversation.
